About the Job Offer
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Etobicoke.
We are looking for a bilingual candidate.
The position:

Update schedules and organize travel for on-site teams (hotel bookings, flights, car rentals, etc.)

Create and update administrative documents

Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and client invoicing

Assist with payroll, collection of weekly timesheets, and processing of expense reports

Schedule safety training for employees using the platform and maintain records

Perform various administrative tasks (scanning and filing documents, answering phone calls)

Purchase and manage inventory of marketing materials
Le profil
Profile:
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
