About the Job Offer
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Etobicoke.

We are looking for a bilingual candidate.

The position:

  • Update schedules and organize travel for on-site teams (hotel bookings, flights, car rentals, etc.)

  • Create and update administrative documents

  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and client invoicing

  • Assist with payroll, collection of weekly timesheets, and processing of expense reports

  • Schedule safety training for employees using the platform and maintain records

  • Perform various administrative tasks (scanning and filing documents, answering phone calls)

  • Purchase and manage inventory of marketing materials

Le profil

Profile:

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
